Measurement Guide

How to Take Your Measurements

It's recommended to have someone assist you with taking measurements for accuracy. If you have any specific requirements, please include them in the "Special Instructions" field when providing your measurements.

Shoulder Width
Measure straight across from the outer edge of one shoulder joint to the other. This measurement is not taken around the shoulders.

Chest/Bust
For the chest or bust, measure around the fullest part. If you're female, it's best to wear a bra while taking this measurement.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, often referred to as the natural waistline, where your pants typically sit. Leave enough space to comfortably place one finger between the tape and your body.

Hips
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips, ensuring it stays parallel to the ground.

Arm Length
Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist, passing over the elbow.

Upper Arm Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.

Neck to Crotch
Measure from the top of your shoulder down to the crotch.

Inseam
Measure from the inner thigh down to the ankle.

Thigh Circumference
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your thigh.

Calf Circumference
Measure around the widest part of your calf.
