Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for defective and non-defective products within 15 days. Product Condition are unopened in original packaging or have never been used. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Follow the steps below to process your return:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@ifuncosplay.com, providing details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will assess whether the item qualifies for a refund or replacement based on our return policy.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, we will send the address to your email.

Step 3: After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 5 days.

Shipping Costs: In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover the shipping cost for replacements. If the return is made without prior agreement, we will not cover any associated costs.

No Additional Fees: We do not charge any extra fees for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we cover shipping costs for sending replacement items. Please provide the return tracking number to customer service; refunds will only be processed once the tracking number is received.

Conditions for Replacement or Refund:

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, we will offer a replacement or a refund after the item is returned to us.
  2. Wrong Size: Ensure you select the correct size when placing your order. If we send an item in the wrong size, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  3. Wrong Color: If the color of the received item is significantly different from what was ordered, contact customer service for a refund or replacement. Please note that minor color differences due to screen displays are not eligible for return.
  4. Unworn and Unused Items: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with garment tags and a tracking number to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Special Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Custom-made items are non-returnable.
  • Partial costume returns are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items that are worn, used, stained, or altered cannot be returned.
  • Undergarments, socks, and stockings are not eligible for return.
  • One-time wear items, such as shoe covers or costume shoes, cannot be returned.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned for refunds.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 48 hours, the order enters the preparation phase, and cancellations may no longer be possible. If you cancel after processing has begun, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.

No Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
