Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for defective and non-defective products within 15 days. Product Condition are unopened in original packaging or have never been used. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Follow the steps below to process your return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@ifuncosplay.com, providing details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will assess whether the item qualifies for a refund or replacement based on our return policy.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will send the address to your email.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 5 days.

Shipping Costs: In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, while we cover the shipping cost for replacements. If the return is made without prior agreement, we will not cover any associated costs.

No Additional Fees: We do not charge any extra fees for returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we cover shipping costs for sending replacement items.   4. Unworn and Unused Items: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with garment tags and a tracking number to qualify for a refund.
